Default pic request of s2k's lowered

its a simple request, i want to see how a s2k looks lowered about a 1/2 inch to a full inch, im debating on getting the kg/mm sports or the kg/mm race versions, i've tried searching but most of the links are dead already, especially on s2ki.com, all i get are red x's, anyways i just a 05' two days ago in GPW, the stock 17"s are clean and i plan on keeping them, i just want to see some s2k's lowered on 17" with an 1/2 inch to a inch drop, thanks

Yes, Sir. Brand new. Just got them in last Friday. I was told I was the first in the states to own a set of silver. Tom at Gruppe-S hooked me up.

those volk te37's look clean, but those kinesis wheels are even more badass, forged 3 piece? is anyone rocking any springs that are less than an inch like the h&r sports, a inch looks a little low, i let my dad borrow my car and i know for sure he doesnt know how to drive a lowered car

what is the ride quality like with those spring choices? i have a race prepped civic so i have no desire for stiff... want a slight drop with the stock shocks, but don't want to sacrifice ride comfort.

hey mike,

I found it easier to buy someone's used coilovers then sell them when you are done with them. the install is much easier and in the end, there is not much resale on used "springs".

I bought a set of TEIN RA's used for that silver S2000 for about $1200, used them for 5k miles and then sold them for $1100.... plus I didn't have to spend a lifetime to install vs compressing springs, etc....

no doubt i love the ease of installing a coilover, but i would assume any that i find (of decent quality) are going to be harsher riding than just a spring and stock shock. additionally, $180 < $1200, which is a good thing when i'm trying to afford a house and just blew $400 on a piece of plastic (oem lip).
