Default IM Gasket and Euro R IM

Hey guys. I just put the nextgear IM gasket in my car and now I'm having idle problems. The car bounces between 1000 and 2000 rpms at idle. I sprayed some carb cleaner around the gasket with the engine running and got some sputter so I obviously have a leak somewhere. Anyway, because I have to take the IM off again, I'm now considering putting a Euro R IM in. Is the Euro R IM worth the money? What kind of results can I expect from it and is their any other modifications that need to be made when doing the IM swap...... i.e. TB, hoses, EGR valve, etc..... If its not worth it I'll justtake it off and fix the leak. Is there anything i should put between the block, gasket, and manifold to ensure a better seal? Thanks.
