Default 95 Wagon CEL, where do I check?

Where on the car, do I check how to test the CEL. I lookder under the pass dash and I didn't see a wire that I can jump on my car. I have a 95 Wagon LX Accord. I've been looking for weeks and I can't figure out where. I'm getting a CEL like every other time I run the car. Autozone cant help cause they say my car doesn't have an OBD II sensor for them to hook up to. HELP

The BLUE 2 pin connector might still be taped to the wire harness with BLUE tape. Sometimes people that have used the jumper connector will shove it down behind the kick panel.
