I have a 95 LS with a JDM GSR swap. I noticed that my intake has a weird noise thats coming from my filter (No its not the regular intake noise) during the day when the car idles at like 800 it comes on and off. Its loud to. If I unplug the IACV then it goes away. Then at night (dont ask me why but my car idles at like 1000 at night) its just constantly making that noise. I cannot figure this out. Please Help.

you know, i have been trying to diagnose this weird idle problem on my car too. i have the jdm obdII b18c w/jdm obdII p72 ecu. i'm not gonna try and ***** your thread, so i'll just tell you it's weird. i'm starting to think that maybe i have my iac wiring wrong.

 

Mine still has the stock harness. I didnt mod anything and it just started making it when I put my GSR swap in. BTW I have no Check Engine, My Car does not idle weird (except for it idles at 1000 at night), I have cleaned the IACV.

 

my problem has no code either.
