mild turbo setup and cam gears

redoing my turbo setup...going to be running my stock block b18c1 and a full-race setup.

was wondering, would a set of cam gears be a good investment. ive read and heard yes and no...was wondering if anyone with personal experience could throw some advice

just saw jeff's dyno gains with adjustable cam gears on boosted-hybrid....

Damn, he picked up some nice power. Is this only beneficial to v-tec motors, or better flowing heads, or do you think I could even pick up 20whp on an LS-t all stock?
