Default '06 Euro Civic get Torsion beam rear suspension :thumbs down:

Straight from TOV which has the Euro Civic Press release, they list the rear suspension as a torsion beam Dissapointment fills the room....

That said, it does an awfully snazzy interior.

as long as they still offer the type-r/si with 4 wheel independent, I'm not going to be up in arms over this.

however, a type-r with beam rear suspension will cost honda's image dearly among the tuners.

I HIGHLY doubt that is true. IT is supposed to share underpinnings with the current civic, I would be very very surprised if they do this.

wow, that interior is hot. I like the way the rear seat bottoms fold up. that's pretty cool. Now if they would just ditch that Mercury Sable center light BS and put in a real grille...

No matter, because we aren't going to see any hatchbacks or type Arrs stateside anyway...

...stupid Americans and their coupes.
