Default noob itb/ direct port ?

first i searched!!
ok i have a b16a in my 90 hatch complete stock internals. will be building a ls block in the future. currently have i/h/e and a dry 75 shot. i was plainngin on turbo but saw a dyno chart on a d series with itb's.
my question is does any one have or know the gains to be seen on a stock b16 and or built ls?
also gas mileage?
also how do the itb's take driect port nitrous?
thanks in advance

filling a bottle gets old, especially with how much power you can make all moter nowadays

You're not goign to see enough gains on a stock motor to make ITB's worthwhile. Others may debate me on this and say that you can run motorcycle ITB's. IMHO if you are goign to do all the junk to make the setup run correctly and then spend the time tuning it (tuning is a must) then you may as well spend the cash on Jenevy, Toda, or another good name brand.

How so? Its a damn fine way to make some reliable power. As long as you don't go nuts with it of course. The main problem is having the self control to stay off the button.

I use to have a direct port system on my stock B16 and ran a 12.9@ 106mph with "20 slicks, probably coulda hit mid 12's with "22's. I had more fun running 13 flats all moter in my oem build GSR. Filling your bottle gets old and expensive at $40 a fill

Nitrous is definitly a possibility with an ITB setup, I seem to be getting asked this a lot lately?!? I have to agree with the others that the ITB's are probably unnecessary for a fairly mild engine. If it were me i'd opt for a standard intake and focus my efforts on the nitrous system
