Default My Tranny mods....opinions please

My R has the mods listed below and the stock clutch is getting a bit long in the tooth. My plans are to mainly drag and auto X her as well as use her for my daily driver till I finish school (1 year) I have a the resources so I figured that if I have the tranny out I might as well do everything all at once so here is my mod list:
-Clutchmasters stage 3 clutch
-Fidanza Light weight Flywheel
-ATS 4.9 final drive (with jdm 1st gear, etc)
-Omni power clutch master cylinder

all of these should run me around $1600 with me doing all the labor and it will give me a chance to finally put my rear tranny mount in from jimfab. My question is aside from brand opinions are there any other mods you would do while the tranny is out? Thank in advance

Dun really have an opinion on the 4.9....but if you were to save a bit of cash, the 4.785 is a good option.

Then you could add a taller 1st gear too.... to make it sort of useful.

I think the clutch is a bit extreme, unless you plan to do some mods in the future we don't know about that requires this kind of holding power.

The flywheel is good I use a CM unit which is similar

Oh and get some shifter bushings and relube and/or replace the plastic race for your shifter.

Clear as mud yO!

Do you even know what the Omni MC does? Albeit the gearspeed syncros should be considered.... but somehow, Bbasso's "Huh?" sums it up perfectly....

Yeah, what do you need a new clutch MC for?

The 4.93 FD depends on your intended use, but I like mine quite a bit.

Bbasso, what clutch did you have when I drove your car? I thought it was purdy stiff, felt like a workout, not really to my liking. I personally like the Toda or OEM clutch, but again I'd expect that'd be preference and application related.

LW flywheel is a hoot, many have had good luck with Fidanza, I personally have a Toda and love the feel combined with the FD.

I think this is what the original poster is after with the Omni MC.

-50% Reduction in Clutch Pedal Travel
-User Adjustable Clutch Release Point
-Improved Clutch Accuracy & Pedal Feel
-Longer Transmission Synchro Life
-Faster Recovery From Missed Gears
-Restores Timing and Synchronization Between Short Shifter and Clutch Pedal.
*5 year warranty

Yep, i think it would be fun and help with the delay of the hondata launch control. As for the clutch lvl i figure i might be getting my head p&p and built with toda B's so i could probably take advantage of the stronger hold.

No need to go thru the auctions, just call them up. I bought a set from them for my R and it was 275 shipped, nice quality and very good service.

Bbasso are the syncros really worth the 275? at almost 50,000 mi the only gear that i have problems with is 1st at a stop, it occasionally doesnt want to go in.
