Torque Specs for Auto > Manual Swap??

Torque Specs for Auto > Manual Swap??
About to be doing an auto to manual swap into a 97 Civic HX Coupe. Just wondering if there are any important Torque Specs. that I should use so I dont mess anything up. (BTW I've searched already)

free places: some members here use to post it until Helms threaten them with legal actions.
$60 for a manual that is basically the bible for hondas: priceless
