i want to know if i would be safe to run nitous in my car. i have a list of things i have done to it and i still want more power. i think my compression is 11.3or6.
maybe a 50-75 shot would be good or do i need to change my set up any advice.

turbocharge it with proper engine management and be happy

 

with the set up you have i would just be careful about the stock rods. But with that size shot you should be good

 

Let'r buck! Just make sure you get it tuned properly.

 

get the GSR mani back on there and get the NOS plate system. Works great and can hide easly with some vacuum hoses over the steel lines. it'll work nice.
