Thottle/Idle sticking between 2-3k RPM
Ok here is the deal, i have a 88 Hatch with b18b and when i'm driving and i get ready to stop for a stoplight and let up off the gas the tach goes down to about 2-3k RMP and sticks their unless i rev it up and then it drops back down to my normal 800 RPM Idle.. This happens everytime i stop or let off the gas pedal.
When i first noticed the problem i took off my intake and the thottle body and i cleaned out the inside of the TB and their was alot of buildup around the Butterlyfly inside the TB well that solved my other problem of the gas pedal sticking when i was trying to launch. But i have checked the thottle Cable and greased it up.. Any suggestions??

make sure you have a little slack in the throttle cable between where it mounts and throttle body it might just be really tight, also return spring on gas pedal check
