Default misfiring jdm type r engine

so I'm starting to rip my hair out b/c my stupid jdm teg R engine is misfiring when its hot out.

Its misfiring such that the idle gets super low and starts to shake.

I have new cap, new rotor, tightened dizzy ignitor wires, used dielectric grease on my ignitor connections as well as on my spark wires and plugs.

The problem NEVER shows up cold and only when it gets warm out.

When I step on the gas to raise the rpm there is no apparent sign of misfiring. Only at idle when hot. If I shut the car off for a few minutes and pop the hood to let cool air into the engine bay and start it up it runs fine again.

Suggestions as to where I should start looking?
Thanks

i just replaced the wire set and it seems to have improved considerably. The car after a 30 minute drive the car idles fine still.

So... I'm going to drive some more and see what happens today.

Thanks

If it still does it check compression. It could be a slightly bent valve, or valves.

recheck timing, do compression/leakdown test, change plugs & wires. put in some premium.

I had a friends car one time that ran like poop at idle when hot and it turned out to be 6 exhust valves that were bent slightly. Just enough to make low compression at idle, but normal above that. It was also a JDM R motor.
