question, what short shifters are made for my application (01 accord) and does it come with the metal, threaded shaft? i really need the shifter/shaft, whatever it may be since i cut my shifter down originally, now i actually want a threaded shift **** to be applicable if i get a short shifter and i do not want to use any OEM parts that i currently there...thanks

your accord uses adapters.. the shifter itself is not changed.

honda, junkyard, etc....you could always just get the stick cut and rewelded/rethreaded...then add an adapter to that...it wouldn't be pretty, but it would be shorter...

i know 4th gen prelude shifters are compatible with 5th gen accords, i have no idea about 5th gen preludes and 6th gen accords. worth looking into tho? i've heard that people put stock 4th gen lude shifters into 5th gen accords and it's a huge improvement, no adapters or modification needed.
