Default electrical problem: no taillights or turn signal.

recently i blew a fuse to my interior lights. i replaced it, and now it drained my battery so i couldn't start my car. I did it everytime, so i went to get a new battery.
but i don't want the new battery to drain like the old one. I have no dash lights, my speedo is off, and the clock doesn't show unless i press the cover. i get a big shock when i step out now too. i've only checked that valve cover ground and thats cool.

any advice?

only electrical things i have done to the car: is a tach, and s2k antenna.
for the tach i've uninstalled.
and the s2k antenna its fine no problem cause i had that first.

as of now, i've replaced some fuses, but now i have no turn signal lights or rear lights.

i know i have a short somewhere. but where and how do i start looking for it?
