official supercar thread. SUPER CARS GO IN HERE. (no silver 4 door civics)
this thread has been inspired by the following quotes in a thread about hondas and supercars. (yes, you heard correctly, hondas and supercars) the following you are about to read is the most idiotic garbage circulating around ht.
"I'll say it right out...Lambos are ******* ugly... I just like most simple/clean designed cars (hondas)."
"I don't give a **** what cost 9 million dollars and can run the 1/4 in 2 seconds."
"...but for $180,000 over $6500[?]" (in reference to why someone with the money would buy a lambo and not a civic since they both have air ducts and both do the same things)
"...given enough cash and driveway space, I still wouldnt have one."
if you had the money but would still keep your econocars over these, then you sirs are not car enthusiasts.

The McClaren F1 is the ONLY "supercar" I would be interested in purchasing or even just looking at/driving.. The rest can be taken to their top speed and slammed straight in to a brick wall.. **** over-priced handbuilt bottomless money pits!
You are saying this to me by posting this thread:
"Your not a real car enthusiast if you don't spend $7000 on new brake rotors!"
or maybe this:
"Only a real car enthusiast will spend $200,000 on a fuel filter"
If those two quotes are totally inaccurate, I don't give a ****. You are being unbelievably moronic when you say only a real car enthusiast would purchase these cars when given the chance.
There is a fine line between owning the car because of its performance on the track and owning it because doing so is a performance every time you drive down the street.
When it all comes down to it, which would you probably drive more and have less stress with, the normal car or the car you just dropped too damn much money on and don't want to harm it? Pathetic choice to have to make.. lol
