Default tps or map sensor problem? could it make my car slower?

i have a fully built d16z6 with a turbonetics t3/t4 turbo. when i first installed the turbo, the car was fast and had alot of torque. then one day all of a sudden the car gives a loopy idle and sometimes throw a random cel out of nowhere. so i just turn the car off and turn it back on it goes away. but after i had that lumpy idle, the car runs alot slower then it had before? anyone have any thoughts on this opinion? could it be a tps or map sensor problem?

i just now did a cel check and i got code 7, which is tps sensor. so i disconnect the ecu and replug it back in and it went away. i turned the car on again and it ran the same. while i the car was at idle, i disconnect the map sensor and it killed the car. is that normal for a good working map sensor? i pluged it back in and turned on the car, this time i unplugged the tps sensor, and it had a really rough idle. it acted like it the car died for a second or two and came back to life again, it kept on doing that. is that normal also for a good working tps sensor?
