will a car with a JDM cluster pass a US state inspection ??

they probably wont even notice it. since it has all the same functions as the usdm one with the check engine light and such its just that its in Kilometers. make sure you get one with the same milage. so if you have 30,000 miles get one with 30,000 km so it 'looks' the same
