Default who makes this flange?

hello everybody.

i have a T3 .48 .67 from a IVECO truck.

i made myself a temp downpipe but now i want the real thing.

where can i buy a downpipe flange like this?

i need two.. one for internal WG and one for external WG.


the horror:




the oem downpipe of my turbo.




anybody know ?

I made one like that a long time ago... i remember how goofy it was... unforunently i dont have the print for it anymore, if that peice was sent to me i could do it.

Truck turbos always have wierd flanges. Get a machine shop or something to make you a matching flange.

I would give Exploited a shot at it. I bought my B-series flange from him, and it was perfect.

i contact atpturbo and im still waiting for an answer...

do you guys know any other places like atp?

btw: i live in israel... metal/machine shops are usualy hella expensive. im sure that if ill order it from the u.s. it will cost me less then to machine it here...

i'm thinking you can send that gasket to somebody and they can do a custom job for you.

how much will it cost to make 2 flanges like this?
one for internal wastegate
and one for external.

if you send me the gasket for me to make it from, the flanges will be $27US each plus $5 for shipping. i'll send the gasket back with the flanges. all my flanges are .5" thick mild steel. i am on vacation next week, but email me before saturday and i'll let you know where to send the gasket to.

Find someone that has a plasma torch and trace the shape on a piece of metal, cut it out as best as possible then hit it with a grinder to make it look purty

I tried to find a place to make me a few flanges also and everyone wanted hella cash.
