Default air (leak?) in clutch lines

ive had this problem off and on for about a year now. just started getting real bad

in the past, every few days my clutch would lose some pressure, i would notice the reservoir was low and i would top it off. a few mins of pumping would restore pressure. on occasion the pedal would be at the floor, and i would have to bleed the fluid (pain in the ***). there would always be fluid leaks underneath the car.

these last couple days, every day the clutch would have little pressure. i bleed it but after just a few pumps there pressure gets low again. its as if just those few pumps allowed air back into the lines.

because of the leaks that i notice on the ground, i am assuming it is the slave cylinder that needs to be replaced. however when i inspect the cylinder by the bleed valve, i dont notice any visible leaks, but theres alaywas fluid on the ground under the car.
