wussup uhh im new here i got a 91 crx si with b16 and sometimes my motor wont rev past 3200 rpm, if its higher then sometimes the rpms just drop and wont go past 3200, then i turn it off and restart it, it goes back to normal and it does it again. at first i thought it was someshit in the ecu so i reset it and still get the same ****. everyone i ask dont know whats wrong, even some local shops. can i get anyones idea of whats wrong?
