i just recently got my car running again... it was turbo'd before, i just blew my turbo and finally got some work done to it.

well the thing is my blow off valve isnt working, im getting major surge.

i have a skunk2 intake mani for a h22 and hooked the vacuum line to the middle source on the manifold.

and i have the line going into the top part of the BOV

when at idle the BOV is sucking in air... i know its not suppose to do that. is my BOV bad?
