Default 9 second CRX???

so someone told me today that this crx below cut a 9.7x in puerto rico. does anyone have anymore details? ive searched, but cannot find anything. id like to know if its truthful or just speculation.

That is a gorgeous car!! Look at the motor though, it looks as if it is tilted forward and lowered--look at the oil pan clearance!! I guess it doesn't matter on a drag car--nice *** car though.

Tilted motors are usually for axle geometry
And yes that car is sweet
