Uhhhh lots...
Pedal assembly, clutch resivour, tranny, shift linkage, a good knowledge of the electrical system, and about a week to put it in and another week to get it right. Or I ve heard quotes around $1700 for the shops to do it (right).
Oh and your title should be more specific next time like (auto to manual swap in a EK)
