Default LS/Vtec or GSR in a DA?

im building an all motor setup for my 91 integra and was playin with two different motor setups in my head

I was planin on using the same types of parts in either the LS/Vtc or GSR

eagle rods

ACL bearings

P30 pistons

ITR valve train

skunk2 or toda cams

b16 cable tranny with LSD

75 shot of nitrous

Which would be a better daily driver/ track/ quarter mile motor?

let me know your suggestions, thanks

Either one is a good choice, i'd go with the ls/vtec for its longer stroke, da's are a little heavy so every bit of power helps out.

im building a LS/VTEC motor right now. im using the GSR head and P30 pistons like u. the compression sation on that is gonna be 11.8:1. i was also gonna run a 75 wet shot on the motor but i was strongly advised not too. if i had forged internals then i woulda sprayed. so right now im selling my nitrous kit.

i say go for a fully built LS/VTEC. u can use LS rods but get ARP rod bolts installed on them. ur gonna have to machine the P30 pistons if u wanna run them eagle rods. slap on a set of SKUNK2 Pr0 1 cams and the motor will be pretty powerful. 190-200 whp can be seen from that setup

My new set-up in the works is:

GSR bottom end with JDM ITR pistons approx 11.5:1
stock rods w/ ARP rod bolts
fully built GSR head
.5 oversized valves
Rocket M22 cams/valvetrain

It should be pushin a little over 200whp
