My jdm b18b is idling fine at 700-800rpms but it's poping so I know it's a miss...how do I check if it's injectors or spark plugs???? it's not major but it's always there!!! When I decel in first gear at a light my car jerks a few times before becoming smooth...it's worst when it's cold out!!!

It could be your timing, check it with a timing light. cheap and never hurts to check.
But check the spark, it sounds like spark to me.

 

I just got it done yesteday at a performance shop and it's 16...always running 91 octane....I have 10.2mm park plug wires could they be screwing up my plugs???

 

How old is your wires, it is possible that it would be the wires. But than again if the wires and spark plugs are more on the newer side, it could be your distributor cap or coil. They are easy to check if you have a multimeter, which is in my opinion a necc. item for checking electrical systems. You can pick one up at wal-mart for approx. 10$.

As far as the 10.2mm wires, I don't think it should affect the car that much(But don't take just my advice about the size of the wires), but usually the bigger the diameter of wires the better flow.

 

the wires came with the engine from Japan..so old I guess!!! I'm going to test the wires on my bros b16 nad see how is car reacts!!
