I am changing a clutch in my friends integra gsr. I have everything off of the tranny but it seems the tranny does not want to seperate, I have all the correct motor mounts off and im sure i have all the bolts holding the tranny together it just wont seperate, if anyone has any suggestions or a link to a manual so i can see how many bolts are holding the tranny to the block and what not.

if you got the 9 housing bolts off, get a screwdriver and pry it apart. Its not just gonna come off like a nut from a screw.

what he said.. and it's best to walk it out... pry it from left to right while rotating it slowly... once there is a gap keep rotating it slowly while gently pulling it of. be careful!!!

 

Thanks guys all the advice worked, I didnt have 1 of the starter bolts off.
