great freakin links, neither work!!!
You are gonna get flammed big time, this is such a general question.
With a good tune, regular maintenance and keeping the power levels within the capabilities of the stock motor parts, this motor could last years, 100K+ miles.
search, seach, search noob

depends on many things...
- motors in good condition, bearings are ok and your oil system is up to par
- run the correct fuel upgrades ie: pump/injectors/filter/lines
and most important of all!!!!!
- good engine managment and an awesome tune
the difference in turbo kits you run is not whats gonna kill your motor. its gonna be how you chose to upgrade the "little" important things and how quality the tune you get is. you can get wild (if your managment allows) and run a super conservative low-boost setting for dd ie: good gas milege, less stress on the motor. then switch over to a high boost setting tuned to scare the **** out of you! lol
i'd go w/ the FR kit...theres allot of room for upgrades with the turbo (can order different ARs) and the mani/dp combo will handle whatever you throw at it with your future build (dont need to upgrade there!)
oh and Neptune all the way for managment!
*shameless plug*
