Default 2000 Si suspension vs Type R

I have a 99 civic si suspension with tein s-tech springs and tokico shocks. (Stock rims and tires are in very good shape) My friend has JDM Type R suspension with omnipowers and uk 16 in R wheels.(Rims in good shape tires need to be changed) He is looking for a trade plus cash to put his car back to stock and i take his 5-lug plus cash. How much cash should i offer him plus my suspension to be fair and not to screw both of us?

thanks in advance!

As of right now I wouldn't trade. People are having problems with OMNIs and they ARE in the process of fixing them for people. I wouldn't trade personally because they may not fix the Omni's if they break since you're not the first owner.

Also, do you really want to go 5 lug? I know there is less of a market for the 5 lug, but there are also some rims you can only get with a 5 lug.

Not to mention I'd rather ride on Tein & Tokicos.
