Im in the market for a new header for my ED (gsr block, ls crank, B16a Head). I will be running approximatly 12.5:1 C/R with Rocket M22x cams. Im looking for the best bang for my buck as is anyone.
I have spoken with rmf, anr and rage about their products (Rage is VERY similar design to the ANR) although its a good bit cheaper through Rage.
ANR No longer offer any coatings.
Rage and RMF both only coat the outside.
RMF Narrow - $740 Mild Steel shipped with merge Coated
ANR - $730 Mild Steel shipped with merge Uncoated +$300 stainless
Rage - $ 640 Mild Steel plus shipping with merge Coated +$200 stainless
Im more interested in the coating for the heat barier bennifits.
I am also considering SMSP or Sparks but am unsure about fitting in an ED chassi.

typicaly, they get coated inside and out.
i have had mine coated.
it does make a differnce, but its definetly not like when i had a wraped header on there.

to Jason Whitfield at Rage but i went with RMF. The Rage and AN-R headers are essentially copies of Randy's designs. I stuck with the original

Thank you sir - Also we did the install on the RMF unit it was a great fit, good mount. We also did some tuning on the car before and after all was great.
