My compression #'s are as follows
190 190 190 80

I just pulled the #1 piston and found that it is broken (two pieces had come off in between rings).

Do I HAVE to replace the other 3 pistons as well? The compression #'s are great for the other 3.

Not interested in performace for this motor, just want it stock.

 

There's a saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it." Well that saying sux ***, Do all four of them. Save yourself the time in the long run.

 

hey if ur gonna replace em why not get some forged ones for boost later on no performance just stonger.

 

i mean you dont have to fix them... they arent broken or loosing compression so i would say you dont have to but thats assuming you can find somebody who just has a piston laying around..... so just buy all four and replace them all because doing one is as hard as them all....

 

I dont need this motor built for boost. Ive got another boosted motor. This one has to be stock and running so I can sell my Coupe.
