Default How not to shift!

Most all motor guys can appreciate this considering that shifting is paramount to better E.T's. Close friend of mine thinks that slamming the tranny into gear and not lifting off the gas when shifting is the fastest way to better E.T's.
So I had to put another tranny in for him because he mechanically challenged, but wants to drive like this.

Oh yeah the tech part: Don't shift like an *******.
