gsr vs itr swaybar endlinks
they are technically different, as they have different part numbers, but the itr rear sway will bolt to your endlinks just fine.
and the "dbrakets" im not sure what you are referring to. if you are thinking like a Beaks or BSQ kit, go to http://www.beaksproducts.com or http://geocities.com/bretq/swaybar_install.html for the bsq kit.
you will need to buy the bushings and the bushing brackets from acura though.

oh, well, you will need to get the ITR brackets from acura. As far as the bushings, you can get the OEM ITR bushings as well and then just drill it out to oversize it, or just jam it on.
