Default Restoring my Paint

I picked up this white 91 hatch about a couple of months ago and have washed it a few times but it still has like marks that wont come off it looks like a white T-shirt with dirt marks. I was wondering what product(s) can i use to take this off and make my paint showroom quality again.

Thanks man so it looks like i'll be using a clay bar to get out all the dirt and grime off. I'll probably buff it after that.

Anybody else want to confirm this?

for a local

hells yeah for locals lol,

I ordered some buffing pads from classic motoring for a drill that I'll be using tomorrow so ill let you know how that goes, i talked to a body shop too, to have the whole thing buffed by a pro where the reall advantage is the knowledge they have would be 125 for the whole car so thats an option to keep in mind too however if your going to be doing it a lot you might at well buy an orbital for 200 for yourself
