Default *UPDATED 8-11-05* My Turbo Project CRX HF (56k go away)

I posted up the stock photos of my car when I first got it about 2months ago. Its been a slow process because the race shop has lots of business right now. I got a couple things done but theres still a lot left. I still need some type of suspension upgrade and replacing those fugly rusted up lug nuts. Also, the piping is still being done as we speak.

Alright I went to the shop today 8-2-05 to check up on the progress of my setup. They have finished my charge piping but ran into some clearance issues with the hot side. I will be having a traction bar fabbed up so that my piping and sidexit exhaust clear. Since I will be doing that I had some eg radiator brakets installed on the new traction bar so that it will clear the hood. I will have lots of room this way since the eg radiator is half the size of the ef. Anyways, I took pictures of the piping before the BOV flange was welded on and painted. I will post the pictures of the traction bar install when it is done next week. But for now I will post the small pictures I took today of the piping.

This picture was when I started to paint it but it started to get too dark to take pictures when I was finished.

Those are Rota GT3's in black with a polished lip. Yes that is a DOHC ZC with a CRX si tranny. Yea I like the color too I might repaint it that same color.

Its a Mitshu tdo6 17c with a custom v-band exhaust housing. Its is slightly larger then a big 16g but spools faster and holds more power.

No axles are in right now. We're about to change the HF knuckle assembly for an SI. I wanted stronger axles and better brakes.

Hmm I never checked the size I got it off a buddy for free. Its off a drag kit so its a spearco core. I would say its about 3ft wide and 8 inches tall with 2.5 end tanks. BUMP cuz I updated the thread today.

The piping has been painted and the bov has been welded on. I almost finally put on the wastegate. Still need to make the hot side and fab up a traction bar for clearance of the side exit exhaust. I will post up pictures tomorrow (thursday) of some of the progress.
