Default Loud valvetrain with Skunk2 Pro 1's and Ferrea valvetrain, need imput

We're in the process of tuning my car and I'm trying to get all the bugs worked out. The main concern I have is how loud the valvetrain is. I'm using Skunk2 Pro 1 cams with full Ferrea valvetrain, Endurance springs with stepped locators so it's around 80-85 lbs seat pressure. I have the valves adjusted right now to .007 intake, .009 exhaust. I've checked it a couple times and everything stayed in spec there. The timing belt is also a little tighter than stock since I tensioned it the Honda way and it flopped around a little in the front, would that cause loud vavletrain? Any imput on what to try or suggestions on what specs to use? TIA

Do you really need a spring with so much seat pressure?

It's 80lbs actually, my mistake there.

Im kind of fond of the omnipower springs and the rocket motorsports gen2 springs. I have one motor right now with skunk stage2 cams and portflow valvetrain, The noise is noticeable, but nothing different than any other car with upgraded springs and cams. With the increased pressure you are going to get more noise than stock and its normal, If you are hearing a ticking then you may want to look into new lma's. Where are you sliding the feeler gague when you adjust the valves, and what type/weight of oil are you using?

Between the lobe and rocker, doing it so the feeler gauge pulls out with slight tension. I'm using a regular Valvoline 5W-30 right now for break in. I know nothing's bent or damages, only had 0.5-1% leakdown on everything. I have GSR LMA's in it right now since they were brand new, thinking I should upgrade to ITR.

It just has me cautious, it is loud valvetrain no doubt.

gsr lma's will be fine, they are almost identical to itr's anyways. Id switch to a cheap non detergent 30weight oil for break in, 5w30 is a little on the thin side. try switching to a 10w30 or 10w40 synthetic after the motor is broken in, Im partial to redline oil. You noise is most likely from the increased spring pressure, if it bothers you that much switch to the omni's or rm's with a lighter spring pressure, either one will handle that cam.

It doesn't bother me I just don't want anything happening to it. I talked to Skunk2 and they said .007/.008 (stock) for the clearances. Is the 30 weight much thicker than the 5W-30, probably a retarded question but just want to make sure. I have around 175-200 miles on it with the 5W-30.

-Dart block
-CP pistons 12.7:1 .0037 piston to wall (.002 over for coating), Calico coated
-Eagle crank & rods, .0020 mains, .0018 rods clearance
-ITR oil pump Pro Drive gears
-Greddy T-belt
-Moroso pan and pickup

The thing is I have TWM ITBs and cold starts are fun with me having to give it a little gas to keep RPMs up to get all the oil circulating.
