Just curious if anyone else bought from them.

I called Ground control because I wanted to order some coilovers with custom spring rates and they gave me mpactmotorsports.com's phone # and said to order from that distributor.

So, almost 2 weeks has past since I paid for them, he said he'd email me once they were shipped. I did order custom spring rates, so whats the hold up on this order?

He never responded to my email i sent a few days ago, because I wanna know if their shipped yet. I have my lonely Koni Yellows sleeping in their box waiting to get some action.

Does ordering custom spring rates usually take a while before getting them?? Weeks??

 

Ground Control seems to have been backlogged recently. I got lucky, and Chris at Redshift Motorsports had what I wanted in stock; because I've heard alot of delays coming from them.

If you called them to order, why don't you call them back? Alot of distributers are slow to answer emails. H-T can't help you there

 

You are in Canada so I would expect it to take a few days longer than normal.

I did call and they don't answer the phone. Customs isn't even that bad. The konis didnt take long at all.

I just wanted to know if anyone had experience with mpactmotorsports, but I guess i'll just wait it out. Keep trying to call them.
