i cant figure out whats up with my car. heres the problem
i redid my turbo kit and put a new skunk2 manifold on. i put in new fluids and such to get ready to fire it up

i got it started idled like a normal cold start at like 2000rpms or so (car hanst been started in 5 or 6 months). after a lil while it fluctuated going up and down steadily. well then i knew there was a leak on the manifold somewhere so i was digging around and found that i did not put the IAT sensor back in.

so i turned the car off put it sensor in (but i didnt hook it up, wires needed to be extended to reach) i figured this will make the idle steady for the time being, i'll just have a CEL.

so i go back and trried to start it. it hesitated starting but it started, but now the idle is loping like its running off 2 cylinders. it sounded fine before but now its like misfiring or loping.

what could have caused this. can the IAT affect it that much. when i click my key to on my CEL comes on and stays on, it usuallly comes on the turns off and then turn back on if i had a problem. but i jumped it and still got a code 10

help me out please.
