new lugs for new rims?
wanted to know if i NEED to get new lug nuts if im getting 15 inch rota slips for my 95 civic hatch? if so what are some cheap but at the same time durable lugs to get if i really NEED new ones?

What's important is that you use lug nuts with the same shape seating area (the area that comes in contact between the lug nuts and the wheel) as the seating area of the wheel, as shown below in the photo from the Tire Rack website. Acura/Honda wheels and lug nuts both have a spherical (ball-shaped, also called "acorn") seating area. Most aftermarket wheels have a tapered (conical) shaped seating area, and you need to use lug nuts that have the same shape.
Assuming that the Rota wheels have a tapered seating area, if you already have a set of tapered lug nuts, you can use them. But if all you have are the stock lug nuts for the stock wheels, then you will need to get a set of new lug nuts.

You can get inexpensive lug nuts at any auto parts store (Autozone, Pep Boys, etc) and they should be fine.

thanks so i need a tapered lug? but they are avalible at any auto parts store, is there only 3 types of lugs cause if i tell them tapered will i get what i need or do i need to explain exacly what i need?
