I just bought a k-series motor....it's the Ep3...I just wonder if I made a good move buying it. I plan to drop it in my 97 civic lx sedan....I wonder if you all can help with what kind of numbers I work with bolt -ons?....

 

 

BAD move. k20a3 is not worth the hassle for putting a k into your ek. and definitely not worth the money involved...you will not be satisfied per dollar you spend on that swap. go with a k20a2/k20/k24

 

I know a guy that decided to use an A3 in his dedicated drag car......have yet ot get the numbers on it though. I personally wouldn't spend the money to put that in my car though.....you could spend less and have an ITR motor in it.

 

yeah, I think it's a bad move. try to find the a2 or k24. If not then get a b16 or b18c5 and build that.
