First off, I have a 94 Rs with a JDM GS-R engine swap...I was installing my apex n1 exhaust today, and everything was fine untill I went to bolt up the cat to the header, the exhaust(with cat attatched) was about 2-3 inches too long. I am running a GS-R cat...How can i solve this fitment problem?

 

did you get the N1 exhaust for an LS or GSR? cause they have different sized headers

 

sorry I forgot to specify, A GS-R exhaust

 

are you using the gsr header as well? everything has to match - gsr header, cat and exhaust, or ls header, cat and exhaust. otherwise you will have to go to a muffler shop and have them cut a piece out of your exhaust and re weld it. which i hate for some reason. i'd rather just have it all bolt up.
