hey whats up guys i was trying to hook up my sterio last night ...but while i was running the wiring to the speakers i noticed that my lights were on so i went to go turn them off an seen that they were already in the off position ....whats up wit my car ?...why are the lights staying on ?....an is there a fuse i can take out to shut off my lights (both front an back)?...cuz right now i have to unplug the battery every time i wanna turn the lights out ....... thanks in advanced

 

You miswired something... Make sure the orange wires in the harness aren't connected to any other wire (except if your deck has an orange illumination wire), and make sure the orange wire isn't grounded out...

If the HU, [stereo] you does not have an orange wire on it, you do not need the oem illumination wire, cap it off so that it can not short out, it has 12V+ on it when you turn on the lights, [park lights]. 94
