I think you should do some research and base your own opinions on what you should do with your car.
Of course I can tell you how to build a perfect CRX, but that'd be no fun, because then it'd be my car.
Just think of your car as your idenity, and go from there.

that is the best advice possibly ever given on this board.

for seats, the del sol seats look decent and are comfortable and supportive. I would just try to find something that is inexpensive yet comfortable. I wouldn't suggest the ebay cheapies, as you get what you pay for. As for the engine installation process, I would suggest doing all your rewiring and mods while the engine is out of the car. If you want some hybrid engine like lsvtec or crvtec, install your oil lines while its out and get everything squared away before you drop it in. Trust me it sucks to try and rewire and run lines while the engine is in and trying to squeeze under the dash. Make sure the frame and body on the car is in good shape. If you try to build this on a bent or rusted frame, you'll be sorry in the end
Like others have said, make it your car and do what you want. Too many people either rely on others for answers or try to mod just to impress friends. Create a goal, then do whats required to meet it. If you expect it to cost X dollars, its going to really cost 2X, so plan on that.

i'd say go with a D15b2 with a 1/4 inch exaust system and deffenetley the oxygen to hydrogen converting molecular contraption to get the best gas milage and the eletro fragile folicle converter to be about to go to atleast 1000 HP... just my .02

Come steal my d16a
so I have an excuse to buy a new motor
then all you will need is cold air intake a cheap muffler half welded onto the stock exhaust and and some cool yellow spark plug wires. oh and blue lights. and cut your springs
and get some cool wheels that keep spinning when you stop. I'm thinking 27's you might have to hammer your fenders out a little but it will be worth it in the end.

Hahaha joo guys are teh funny!
Seriously though, it's your car, and the best advice we can give is to just research. I say go B16A, that's what the siR came with. I think Honda got it right with that one. That's just my opinion.. I would seriously concider getting the european 1.6i-VT (aka euro siR) interior. It's all leather and the seats come with CR-X stitched in them
