im curious how many JRSC guys here use a hondata or diffrent company but same material intake manifold gaskets. any differences in performance and how well does it hold up to the heat ?

 

Well I've had my SC off 2 or 3 times & still using the same gasket. & it wasn't new when I put it on my R to start w/. But it does keep the head temps off of the SC a good bit. It's a worth-while investment.

I do. Greatest investment ever. I don't give two ***** about the claimed thermal insulation or whatever, I just love the fact that it's re-useable. It took me a week to scrape off my original IM gasket and I swore I'd never go through that bullshit again.

reason why i ask is cuz im thinking of developing some for the V6 TRD supercharged tacomas/4runners to help out with heat issues.

 

it works great and it really does help with heat soak issues from the head, great product and for $60 brand new, very affordable
