Default Need help with Oil leak problem jdm b16a

Whats up HT... just wanted to get your thoughts on this... i recently noticed that my oil started to run a little low after about 2000 miles from the top dot on the dipstick to really close to the bottom one... so i decided to change the oil and start fresh i even threw some of that Lucas oil stuff. i drove around for about 100 miles and checked the dip stick... a little lower than what i put in so i pulled the plug wires and there was a little tiny bit of oil at the end of the wire where it meets the bottom of the plug hole. i pull the plugs and there is oil only on the threads and this is only in cylinder number 4 the most and a little on 3. When i drive the car i get no smoke and no smoke that i notice in vtec and none at idle. My guess is that the valve cover gasket is the culprit since the oil is on the threads only and not on the actual ignitor of the spark plug. if it were the rings or the valve seals i don't think the oil would get into the threads it would just burn off into the exhaust. Not to mention that my compression test came out fine +/- 5psi in each cylinder. do you guys agree or what is your take on my problem. Thanks in advance.

Reggie
