Just don't tailgate people. That should take care of the rock chipping. Now for the bugs that like to do the suicide bombing... that's another story.
thanx for all of your reply...i'm considering sumthing like that lamin-x thing...but they don't have one precut to specific size for the jdm headlights...i guess i'll have to buy it by the roll...
i don't tailgate peepo...its just that these highways and streets around here is always under construction with grooved pavements and newly paved road that spits out them black tar when driving on it...especially peepo in the front of you

i think it's inevitable that your headlights will acquire rock chips, scratches, etc. it's not so much of a replacement item however like front lips. to protect from chips and scratches, the film is your best option, but i wouldn't apply it unless the lens are pretty flawless. i recently put on brand new jdm headlights and am planning on putting a coat of wax and leave it at that. for roadtrips, i tape them up and that works awesome. as for the condensation, that just depends on how good of condition headlights you bought. my first pair had condensation stains, but with my new pair, i expect them NOT to have any condensation. if your headlights already have condensation, i don't know much more you can do other than open them up, clean, and then reseal. good luck man.

I'd be careful with those films. StonGard made/makes film like that for headlights and the whole front end for S2000's.
I know a few years back, a few S2000 owners used the product for the headlights and just after a short time, the lenses started spider-webbing and in extreme cases, they started cracking.
Just be careful.
