well me and my brother were talking about going all jdm with my civic, so we decided to i'm currently looking for a 96-98 front end but anyways i was tlaking to him and i was talking about the stock headlights on a honda civic if it would look jdm if i jsut took the orange peice out and he said no i gotta go buy the real jdm's so i guess i'll turn to you guys to tell me if it would be considered jdm without the orange peice on a oem honda civic 1996 headlights

Re: jdm lights (phazeone)
Dude, you really wanna jump on the JDM bandwagon? Think about it, spend $400 more for everything to make it looks stock from Japan? Stupid IMHO. But hey if you want to spend the money, knock yourself and you wallet out.
As far as your question, not it won't be truely JDM because you won't have the city lights like the JDM headlights do. And yours have a reflector (you can't take it out) on the side that the JDM ones dont.

Well if you are just getting the front end, it will not look good. Because 96-98 jdm front end have bumper molding as well as the rear. Here's a picture of my civic and see how the rear has a molding too.

Re: (CycloneBlue_1.6EL)
Out here, where civics came JDM stock, people put USDM or EDM or CDM parts on their cars and they look cool coz their different.
Ironic isn't it?
