Default Missing green plug behind cluster.

I went to install a cluster w/ a tach and the damn green plug was missing. The previous owners did a whole bunch of **** to the car, especially concerning wiring and ****. Nothing too bad, that me and my dad couldn't fix. One problem I also have is the damn horn. Don't see why it doesn't work.

Anyway what's bothering me now, is that the green plug is missing, and the yellow was disconnected. I connected the yellow into the new cluster to test it out. The new cluster is now reading SRS and Check Engine Lights.

What's the deal, what's the green for? It also doesn't look like they eliminated the green, and the rest of their wiring was pretty ghetto.

I guess the CEL is reading because the car is idiling funny after replacing the longblock, haven't gotten around to check it out.

interesting. I'm thinking the green is meant for the CEL. The yellow, the srs. Not too sure though.

Cruise control. If your car didn't come with cruise control from the factory it will most likely not come with the green plug. Abs is the orange plug. Srs is the yellow plug.

yeah, thanks. I found a wiring diagram and if equipped w/ cruise it's that. If the engine is z1 or b8 I think "shift-up indicator"
