can your steering rack be bent?

or i guess not the rack but the rods going to the front wheels. (tie rods maybe)

when one wheel is straight the other is turning like 35 -40%.

yes i got in a wreak... long story, if you need details i will let you know.

what im replacing so far:
axels
whole front brake assembly.
front UCAs
front sway bar.
