Im on the market for a new cat.Im interested in getting a carsound cat for my 94 ls.Im
running a dc 4-1 header with 2" collector and a pit performance cat back exhaust thats
the traditional 2.36".Im a little fuzzy bout what model# carsound to get since theres bout
a gazillion model #s.Oh yeah im looking in to getting a 2.25 cat and its a jdm b18b engine.Theres also no o2 on the ob1 ls cats.

 

get one tapered from 2" to 2.36, and if it comes with a bung just get a crush washer and a bolt and plug it up.

 

im not really into a high flow cat too much, my friend had one on his accord, and he said he lost power from having it on there. it dint make any sense to me, cuz i believe you should get a power gain from it, but he told me it made his exhaust sound better, but lose of power..... i'd look into it first and make sure its a good buy....good luck...

 

well my cat is plugged and i dont wanna hollow it out either. The folks over at ti.net love it.I was just wondering if someone on here uses one for a 94-95 teg so i can know what model # to use.
