thats that problem
i cant raise the car because their is tension between the pearch and the top hat. to raise the car you have to turn the pearch up which will put more tension. but i cant turn the pearch up because of the tension. so what do i do cuz i really want to raise my car

Do you have shortened shocks or raised top hats? Otherwise, it should be as simple as jacking the car up, and adjusting the perch.
place a floor jack under the car. jack it up so you relese the tension on the coil overs. then adjust the perches......

the car is jacked up!!!!!
what dont you guys understand???
the spring is touching both the pearch and the top hat when the car is jacked up. therefore there is tension and you can not turn the pearch up.
please i need heap!!!!

That sounds unusual but, nothing a spring compressor can't fix.
Is it possible that your control arms are messed up and don't have any play when you jack up the car for some reason?

maybe you installed the springs wrong...like you put the shorter ones on the wrong side(front or rear, whichever it is) and they sit too low and you cant raise it because the perch is already too high....
